Customs Information
Log in using the username and password provided by ICI to see if your shipment(s) has been accepted prior to crossing the border.
Login to PAPSCheck where you can find the customs broker who is setting up your shipment and click on their name.
This will take you directly to their website where you can enter your Shipment Control Number (beginning with INCT) to find out the status of your shipment.
Remember, your shipment must be “accepted” to cross the border (seeing an entry # does not necessarily mean the shipment has been accepted).
